This is an application seeking modification of the operative order dated 17/11/2016 in Bail application No. 2263 of 2016. The applicant was enlarged on bail on the condition that (a) Applicant to execute P.R. Bond of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety in the like amount. Talwalkar 1/2

920.appp1073.16.sxw The learned Counsel submits that the applicant could not furnish surety to the tune of Rs. 25,000/- and therefore, seeks modification.

The clause (a) of the order dated 17/11/2016 stands modified as follows :

(a) Applicant to execute P.R. Bond of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

The applicant be enlarged on cash bail for a period of 6 weeks, during which, he shall furnish sureties in the like amount. The application stands disposed of accordingly. (SMT. SADHANA S. JADHAV, J) Talwalkar 2/2
