Mr. Patel, learned counsel appearing for the Appellant states that the parties have settled the dispute and accordingly, the Consent Terms are executed between the parties. 3.
Mr. Nitin Shantilal Jain, the Respondent is personally present in Court and he also states that the dispute between the parties is settled in terms of the Consent Terms. 1/2

The Consent Terms are signed by the Authorized Signatory of the Appellant as well as the Respondent. 5.
Mr. Patel, learned counsel appearing for the Appellant states that the signature of the Authorized Signatory on the Consent Terms is identified by him. The Respondent, who is personally present in Court states that signature on the Consent Terms is his signature.

The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Self attested photo copies of Aadhar Card of Authorized Signatory of the Appellant and the Respondent are also taken on record and marked "X1(collectively.)" for identification.

Accordingly, the Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms.

In view of the disposal of the Second Appeal, nothing survives in the Civil Applications and the same are also disposed of.
