Upon praecipe, matter is listed today under the caption "production".

The matter is mentioned for "Speaking to the Minutes" of order dated 16.12.2019, by which Applicant was permitted to bring on record legal representatives of Respondent No. 21. By the said order, Applicant was permitted to show Respondent Nos. 17 to 20 as legal heirs of deceased Respondent No. 21. Learned counsel for the Applicant points out that there is one more legal heir, viz. Neelam Dattatraya Chavan, of the deceased, who also needs to be brought on record. In such circumstances, the order dated 16.12.2019 is corrected permitting the Applicant to bring on record name of Neelam Dattatraya Chavan as 1 / 2
503 - CAW. 886-2019 legal heir of deceased Respondent No. 21, in addition to Respondent Nos. 17 to 20. The second last sentence of paragraph 2 of said order shall now be read as under:
"The applicant is permitted to show respondent No. 21 as deceased and to show respondent Nos. 17 to 20 and Neelam Dattatraya Chavan as legal heirs."
Necessary amendment in the petition shall be carried out within two weeks.

Order dated 16th December be accordingly corrected and corrected order be uploaded.
