This petition impugns order dated 8 th June, 2015 and Tribunal allowed the appeal and set aside oral termination of 16 ordered reinstatement of services of the original appellant who is respondent no. 1 in this petition. In place of respondent no. 1, respondent no. 4 was appointed as Shikshan Sevak.

Today, it is stated across the bar that parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. Parties are present in Court today. It is stated that respondent no. 1 has agreed to accept the sum of Rs.2,25,000/- in full and final settlement towards

40-wp-259-2018 various claims by way of backwages, compensation and/or consequential benefits. It is further stated that since the management has also appointed respondent no. 4 in place of respondent no.1, respondent no. 1 has no objection thereto. Consent terms are signed by the petitioners and respondent nos. 1 and 4, both of whose interests could have been affected. In the circumstances, I pass the following order : th January, 2018 taken on record and (i) Consent terms dated 29 marked 'X" for identification.

(ii) There will be order in terms of the consent terms. th November, 2017 is (iii) Accordingly, impugned order dated 8 hereby set aside.

(iv) Writ Petition disposed of in the above terms . (A.K. MENON, J.)
