P.C:- The husband is before this Court, taking exception to the order of enhancing the quantum of interim maintenance from Rs.13,000/- per month to Rs.20,000/- per month. The appellate court has recorded that Petitioner-husband is gainfully employed drawing salary of Rs.40,000/- per month.

In this factual background, this petition is dismissed with a
