Learned APP submits that the case is with regard to Crime No.23 of 2015 and is pending before the Sessions Court under the N.D.P.S. Act. The next date in the matter is 04.04.2017 and in all probability the charges would be framed on the said date.

Considering the above, it is expected that charges would be framed on or before 30.04.2017. Keeping in view that there are twelve witnesses to be examined, I am not expediting the trial at this stage. 4.
