This is an application for bringing legal heirs of the respondent No.1 on record. It is stated that, the respondent, i.e. Vasantkumar Venugopal Heranjal passed away on 9th October 2017.

The proposed respondent No.1(a)-Smt. Premlata Vasantkumar Heranjal has filed affidavit-in-reply dated 31st January 2018 for herself and on behalf of other proposed respondent Nos.1(b) to 1(e) stating that, they have no objection for allowing the present application. 2.

Perusal of the application would indicate that, sufficient cause is made out for allowing to bring legal heirs of respondent No.1 on record. In view thereof, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of three weeks from today and an amended copy of the Petition be served upon the learned Advocate for the respondents within the same stipulated period.
