.
Heard for some time. Effort is to show that person not connected directly with the transaction has filed criminal case. It is further submitted that the amount involved has never come to the present applicant but it has gone into account of co-accused. 2.
Learned APP has invited our attention to avernments in FIR. She submits that specific case has been made out against present accused. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicant also submits that ingredients of section 405 or 420 of IPC are not made out. 4.
We have perused FIR. We find that no case made out to exercise extra ordinary jurisdiction. In this situation, we are not inclined to intervene at this stage.
5.
We keep all contention of the parties open and dispose of the present matter.
