The learned Advocate for the Petitioner has given particulars of the payment required to be made by the Government of Maharashtra to the Petitioner as per the order of this Court dated 9 th December, 2016. The said table is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. As per the said table, an amount of Rs.54,70,931/- is due and payable upto 30th August, 2021. 2.

Mr. Ramesh Shivaji Chavan, Joint Secretary, Revenue and Forest Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai who is present in Court, states that the said amount of Rs.54,70,931/- shall be paid along with interest @ 9% p.a., from 1 st September, 2021 till payment and/or realization. The statement is recorded as an SSP 1/2
