None present for the applicant. It appears from the records that on June 20, 2018 application seeking pre-arrest bail was withdrawn on the ground that the investigation is completed. It was also submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that he would appear before the concerned Magistrate on or before 29th June 2018 and therefore, this Court had protected him till 5.00 pm of 29th June 2018. It is clear from the records that ever since then, the applicant has not surrendered before the Magistrate and has continued to file successive bail applications.

The learned APP has submitted that till today, the applicant is absconding. That, an order under sections 81 and 82 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been passed. It appears that there is a standing warrant issued against the applicant. The Investigating Agency shall take appropriate steps to arrest the applicant.
