Mr.Patil, learned AGP for the applicant states that the demand draft for payment of deficit court fees has not been deposited with the office of the Government Pleader, High Court, Mumbai and the same would be deposited within eight weeks from today. 3.

The applicant has made out a case for condonation of delay in payment of deficit court fees. The impugned order thus passed by the learned Registrar (Judl.-I) rejecting the civil revision application is set aside. Civil revision application for restoration of the First Appeal (St.) No.32448 of 2015 is allowed and the same shall be heard on its own merits. No order as to costs.
