Learned Counsel for the petitioner has restricted his prayer to direct respondent no.1 to consider petitioner's application for stay filed in the revision challenging the order of Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune dated 6.10.017. 2.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner's stay application deserves to be heard and disposed of at the earliest, we dispose of this petition by directing respondent no.1 to decide the petitioner's stay application in the revision challenging the order dated nilegaonkar 1/2
