Apprehending arrest in Crime No.379 of 2019 registered with Chembur Police Station for the ofences punishable under Sections 420, 406 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, applicant seeks pre-arrest bail.

Co-accused Mohammed Mehboob @ Wasim Salim Qureshi returned theft property of Rs.1,40,000/- to the Shivgan 1/2

Prima-facie, no role is attributed to the applicant. Co-accused were arrested and released on bail. In view of the facts of the case, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not required .

The learned APP points out criminal antecedents of the applicant.

In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.379 of 2019 registered with Chembur Police Station, he shall be released on executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in like amount. He shall attend the Investigating Ofcer on 26th December, 2019 and on 5th and 19th January, 2020 between 11 a.m. to 1 noon and thereafter as and when called. Application is allowed and disposed of.
