Heard learned counsel for the applicant on civil application no. 128 of 2017. The applicant is respondent in family court appeal no. 248 of 2013. In the said family court appeal on 8th June 2017, the Division Bench of this Court directed the husband to deposit arrears of maintenance at the rate of Rs.2,000/- per month and to go on paying interim maintenance at the rate of Rs.3,000/- per month. The contention of the applicant is that before marriage she has bank account no.249203100003908 at Saraswat Co-operative Bank Limited, Branch Goregaon East, Mumbai 400065 in a spinster name 1/2
skc 2 8-CAM-128-17.sxw i.e. Shilpa Suresh Kadam. In the circumstances, a prayer has been made to issue direction to the Registry to release the payment of the applicant wife in her spinster name i.e. Shilpa Suresh Kadam. The prayer is accepted.
