The corpus, namely, Smt. Shabana Isak Kazi is personally present in this Court. Smt. Shabana Isak Kazi has been identified by the Petitioner, who is personally present in the Court. She through learned A.P.P. submitted that, at her own will and accord she left the company and house of Petitioner. She further submitted that, she does not want to join the company of Petitioner.

In view of the fact that, Smt. Shabana Isak Kazi has remain present before the Court, the present Petition for habeas corpus does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
