Learned Counsel for the parties state that the matter is settled. They have tendered Consent Terms. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked as 'X'. The undertaking is at clause 5 of the Consent Terms is accepted. The newly added Respondent No.10 has also signed the Consent Terms.
