Learned advocate for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is a young boy aged about 20 years and is in custody since last nine months. She, therefore, submitted that trial may be expedited. She further submitted that in case the trial does not get over within stipulated time, liberty may be granted to the Applicant to file fresh application for bail.

In view of the above, the Applicant is permitted to withdraw this application. Trial is expedited. The Trial Court is directed to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of nine months from today. If the Trial Court does not conclude the trial within nine months, the Applicant would be at liberty to file a fresh application for bail. The application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
