1] This is an application for fixing an early date of final hearing of the Writ Petition No. 6351 of 2000 on the ground that the applicant No.4 is aged about 73 years.

2] The record indicates that, by an Order dated 15th June 2017 passed in Civil Application No. 1286 of 2017, this Court had directed the Registry to place the petition on Final Hearing Board in the week commencing from 17th July 2017.

3] In view thereof, place the petition on 'Final Hearing Board' as per its own turn in the week commencing from 9th December 2019. 4] Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A. S. GADKARI, J.)
