This is an application seeking condoation of delay in filing the appeal against the conviction wherein the appellant is convicted for the offence punishable under Section 376 of Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of the POCSO Act and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for ten years and to pay a fine of Rs.3,000/-. The delay is of 15 days.
