Pursuant to the praecipe filed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the matter is taken on production board. When this court declined to entertain the Contempt Petition, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the Petition with liberty to take out appropriate proceedings for execution of the order dated 11.10.2019 passed by this court in Contempt Petition No.507/2018. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
