This matter is moved by the Applicants seeking withdrawal of the Criminal Application filed by the Applicants. 2.

An ex-parte ad-interim order passed by 10 M.M. Court, Andheri in D.V. No.386 of 2019 was challenged by the Applicants before this Court, by way of Criminal Application No.1792 of 2009. 3.

Counsel for the Applicants submit that thereafter 10 M.M. Court, Andheri decided the application finally by its order dated 4 November 2020. The said order passed by 10 M.M. Court on 4 1/2

901-apl1792-19.doc November 2020 has been challenged by the Applicants by way of Criminal Appeal No.103 of 2020, before the Sessions Court at Dindoshi, Mumbai.

However, in the meantime this Court in the present Criminal Application, by its order dated 10 January 2021 admitted the Criminal Application, but however, rejected the interim relief. 5.

As the Applicants desire to withdraw the present Criminal Revision Application, the Criminal Revision Application is disposed of as withdrawn.

The Sessions Court, Dindoshi, Mumbai hearing Criminal Appeal No.103 of 2020 should proceed further with the hearing of the Criminal Appeal, on merits after hearing both the sides. (RAJESH S. PATIL, J.) 2/2
