Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant / Appellant as well as Respondent's son Mr. Nilen Bharatkumar Palicha. 2.
It appears that the Respondent had been granted interim maintenance of Rs.30,000/- per month under Section 125 of the URS 1 of 2
2 13-CAM 6-19 in FCA 9-19.odt Cr.P.C. during pendency of the proceedings and by way of permanent alimony, the amount was enhanced to Rs.40,000/- per month. 3.
Considering the situation that exists, we are not inclined to grant the prayer made in the present Civil Application. The same stands rejected.

The Appellant shall continue discharging his obligation under the said directions till the disposal of the Appeal. 5.
