The petitioners seek direction to the respondent to decide the proposal for continuation in service on the ground that the age of retirement would be 62 years. 2.
The petitioners are working as Assistant Professor and Librarian.

The issue is no longer res integra. The Division Bench of this Court at Aurangabad in Writ Petition No. 7831 of 2016 under judgment and order dated 6th June 2017 has already held that the petitioners have no vested right in claiming enhancement in the age of retirement at the age of 62 years. The learned AGP submits that the petitioners herein are similarly situated as the petitioners in Writ Petition No.7813 of 2016 and connected writ petitions. 4.
For the reasons recorded, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petitions.

For the reasons stated in judgment and order in Writ Petition No.7813 of 2016 and connected writ petition dated 6th June 2017, the present writ petitions also stand disposed of. No costs.
