Learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for withdrawal of the petition on the ground that the petition was filed seeking quashment of the FIR bearing CR No.I-443 of 2018 registered with Manpada Police Station, Thane, for the offences punishable under Sections 376(2)(n), 417, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. During the passage of time, the investigation was completed and charge-sheet was filed and trial is about to commence, as such, learned counsel for the petitioner is not desirous of prosecuting the petition. At the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn.
