After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the Petitioner, upon taking instructions from the Petitioner, who is present in the Court, seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to file proper representative seeking revocation of suspension and payment of suspension allowance before the Competent Authority of the Respondents.

With the aforesaid liberty, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such. In case such representation is made, we hope and trust that the Competent Authority will examine the same and take appropriate decision in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
