Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the application for interim bail is pending before the trial Court. It is submitted that if the trial Court could be directed to expedite the hearing of the interim bail application which is on medical grounds looking at the age of the applicant, the applicant will withdraw the present application. 2.

In the facts and circumstances of the present case and considering the age of the applicant, learned trial Court is requested to decide the application expeditiously and preferably within a period of ten days from today. 1/2

Liberty to apply in case the application is not decided. 4.

All contentions are kept open.

Needless to mention that the trial Court may consider the request made by the applicant to shift him into private hospital on its own merits after hearing the respondents. 6.

The bail application is disposed of.
