1] After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the applicants seeks leave to withdraw the application. The learned counsel, however, seeks the exemption from personal appearance before the trial Court. 2] The applicants are at liberty to make such a prayer before the trial Court. As the applicants are residents of Delhi, the learned Sessions Judge may sympathetically consider the prayer for grant of exemption from personal appearance to the applicants, at the trial, provided the identity of the applicants is not disputed and no adjournment is sought on the count of absence of applicants.

3] However, the applicants shall remain present before the Court of 1/2
