DATED : 19th MARCH 2021 P.C:- Learned counsel Mr.Mundargi representing the applicant state that on the co-accused having approached the Apex Court, in a Special Leave to Appeal, on 16th October 2021, at his instance, the Apex Court had issued a direction to conclude the trial as early as possible and preferably by 30th June 2021. The order 16th October 2020 passed by the Apex Court is taken on record.

In light of the said direction which would also cover the present applicant who is co-accused in the trial, he is not desirous of pressing the Bail Application and seeks permission to withdraw the same.
