The learned Counsel for the appellant, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the appeal.

The learned Counsel for the appellant submits that the entire amount of compensation with accrued interest has already been deposited in M.A.C.T., Mumbai. Statement is accepted. 3.
Liberty to the respondents - claimants to withdraw the said amount with accrued interest.

The appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.
