The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner in view of Rule 13(C) of the Parole Rules as contained in both the Notifications dated 26-8-2016 and 16-4-2018, seeks withdrawal of the above Petition, with liberty to file an application for parole in terms of the said Rules or to file an application for emergency parole, if the occasion so arises. The above Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Needless to state that we have not gone into the merits of the case of the Petitioner and the contentions of the Petitioner are accordingly kept open for being urged at the appropriate time. [N. J.
