This is one more bail application moved by the present applicant/accused, whose earlier bail applications are already rejected by this court, atleast twice.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant/accused as well as the learned APP. No change in avk 1/2

3-BA-3097-2018.doc circumstances are there for warranting entertainment of the instant application. However, the learned counsel for the applicant/accused has rightly submitted that the applicant/accused is behind bars since long and the trial may be expedited.

In this view of the matter, the learned trial court is requested to expedite the trial and dispose it off within a period of one year from the date of communication of this order to it. The application is, accordingly, disposed off. (A. M. BADAR, J.) avk 2/2
