These Civil Applications are moved by the Applicants for amendment in the Cross Objections in First Appeal Nos.413 of 1993, 414 of 1993, 416 of 1993, 417 of 1993, 418 of 1993 and 420 of 1993 in terms of Schedule of Amendment to the respective Civil Applications.

The Applicants had filed Cross Objections praying for enhancement in the compensation granted by the Reference Court by way of amendment.

Learned counsel for the Applicants has submitted that by way of amendment, an amount of Rs. 2000/- is to be substituted with Rs.4000/- as mentioned in Schedule of the Amendment to the Cross Objections in respective First Appeals.

Learned AGP for the State opposed this amendment. 5.

Considering the submission and the reasons mentioned in the Civil Applications, this amendment is allowed. The Applicants are directed to carry out amendment in all Cross Objections forthwith as per schedule.
