The petition is filed seeking direction to Juhu Police Station to register an FIR on the basis of Petitioner's complaint dated 20th January 2018. Learned APP pointed out that the Petitioner's said complaint was looked into and the Assistant Police Inspector, Juhu Police Station came to the conclusion that dispute raised in the said complaint is of civil nature and the Petitioner was directed to approach appropriate Court. The Petitioner was accordingly informed by the police vide letter dated 8th July 2018. 2.

In the light of above, we are not inclined to entertain this petition since the Petitioner has an alternative of efficacious remedy. The learned counsel for the Petitioner at this stage pointed out that the Petitioner has expired and she wants to bring his legal patilsr 1 / 2

heirs on record. However, in the light of above communication, we are not inclined to entertain this petition leaving the heirs of Petitioner to adopt the appropriate legal remedies. 3.

Writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
