Heard learned Counsel for the parties on Civil Application No.2985 of 2017 seeking restoration of Writ Petition (St.) No.3866 of 2016 (i.e. Rejected Case No.1711 of 2017) which suffered dismissal due to non-removal of office objections within time. 2.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, we find that the delay in filing the same has been satisfactorily explained. We also find that there was sufficient cause for non-removal of office objections within time.

In the circumstances, by condoning the delay which occurred in filing the Civil Application, we allow the Civil Application and direct restoration of Writ Petition (St.) No.3866 of 2016 (i.e. Rejected Case No.1711 of 2017) to its original number.
