The relief sought for by the Petitioner-Sanghatna is on behalf of its members in respect of calculating the pension. The relief, therefore, is only against the State. No other Respondent is joined. Hence, the writ petition would pertain to the jurisdiction of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, if the Petitioner has a locus.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.

In case the Petitioner- Sanghatna is seeking any relief against the Zilla Parishad, it is open to the Petitioner- Sanghatna to adopt appropriate remedy.
