The parties have arrived at an arrangement and the said arrangement is reduced into writing. The same is signed by the respective Advocates. The said arrangement is also signed by the Petitioner as well as Respondent No.4. However, Mr. Desai, learned Senior Counsel after taking instructions states that the arrangement is acceptable to all the Respondents.

The order dated 4th July 2022 passed by the learned Appellate Bench in Misc. Appeal No.91 of 2021 passed below Exh.10 in R.A.D. Suit No.433 of 2019 is modified in terms of the arrangement which has been arrived at between the parties and the said Misc. Appeal No.91 of 2021 is disposed of in terms of the said minutes. 5.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
