At the outset learned A.P.P. submitted that, after completion of investigation of the present crime i.e. F.I.R. No. 1002 of 2018 registered with Virar Police Station, District Palghar, the Police have submitted chargesheet on 23rd March 2022 in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Vasai. 2.

In view thereof, learned Advocate for Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to file an application for discharge as contemplated under the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code before the Trial Court.

Leave and liberty granted.
