No case for interference at the hands of this Court in exercise of powers under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India is made out.

In an application under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (hereinafter referred to as "the D.V.Act" for the sake of brevity), the aggrieved person has candidly pleaded about existence of domestic relationship as well Gaikwad RD 1/2

Hence, the Petition is dismissed.
