CORAM : G. A. SANAP, J.
DATE : 8th NOVEMBER, 2023 P. C:- 1.
Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant.
2.
This is an application for relaxation of bail condition. 3.
It is pointed out that the evidence of the victim has not been recorded. It is also pointed out that the charges have been framed. It is to be noted that this condition was imposed keeping in mind the facts and circumstances. In my view, till the recording of the evidence of the victim, it would not be appropriate to relax the condition.
