In view of above statement, Mr. Zade, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with liberty to file Regular Bail Application before the learned trial Court.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.

It is clarified that this Court has not considered the Bail Application on merits.
