Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application.

Considering the request of learned counsel for the applicant, application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of. 4.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is behind bar for more than five years. The trial has commenced but 1/2

Moreover, earlier the direction was given by this Court vide order dated 8th April, 2023 (Coram: Bharti Dangre, J) in spite of that, trial is not expedited hence direction be given to expedite the trial and dispose it of within six months.

Learned APP, on instructions, submits that as per the list, 25 witness names have been cited. The prosecution would take efforts to complete the trial as early as possible. 6.
Considering the submissions of both learned counsel, as well as applicant is behind bar for more than five years. Earlier this Court vide order dated 8th April, 2023 (Coram: Bharti Dangre, J) had directed the trial Court to expedite the trial. The Trial Court is requested to dispose of the trial as early as possible preferably within one year from the receipt of the order of this Court. 7.
Application is disposed off.
