Petitioner No.1 accused and respondent No.2, wife are present with their respective Advocates and jointly request for quashing of F.I.R. which essentially is under section 498-A of Indian Penal Code.

2] The respondent No.2 wife has filed two separate affidavits. She has given no objection and pointed out that they are residing together since last about six months.
