By an order dated 29.2.2016, the present applicant was granted interim protection that in the event of arrest the applicants be released on bail on furnishing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the investigating officer. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant seeks a modification to the effect that the applicant would furnish one or more surety in the like amount. The application deserves to be allowed. The operative part of

Mhi APPP-1154-17.doc clause (i) of the order dated 292.2016 be read as follows :- "(i) In the event of arrest of the applicants in Crime No.41 of 2016 registered with Deccan Police Station, Pune, the applicants shall be released on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) each with one or more sureties in the like amount." The application stands disposed of.
