Parties have reconciled the matter. They have filed Minutes of Order dated 13.01.2023 which have been signed by the Advocate for Petitioners, Advocate for Respondent No.1, Petitioner No.1.5 and Respondent No.1 in the present Writ Petition. The said Minutes of Order dated 13.01.2023 has been placed on record and marked "X" for identification.

Pursuant to the hearing on the last date, Petitioners were directed to file Consent Affidavit of Petitioner Nos. 1.1 to 1.4, 1.6 and 1.7. The said Consent Affidavit dated 11.01.2023 has been placed on record and marked "X-1" for identification. Undertakings given in the Consent Affidavit are taken as undertakings given to this Court.

In view of the Minutes of Order and the Consent Affidavit signed by the parties who are present before me and confirm their signatures / thumb impressions on the Minutes of Order and the Consent Affidavit, Writ Petition is disposed. 4.

In view of the disposal of Writ Petition order dated 12.11.2014 passed in R.C.S. No. 257 of 2008 is quashed and set aside. R.C.S. No. 257 of 2008 also stands disposed.

In view of the above, impugned orders dated 12.09.2018 and 08.11.2022 stand quashed and set aside.

Writ Petition disposed in the above terms.
