Applicant was directed to be released on bail vide order dated 11th September, 2018 on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.20,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. It is submitted by the counsel for the applicant that applicant continues to be in custody, as surety could not be furnished. The wife of the applicant is the house wife and she was not in a position to arrange surety in accordance with the order dated 11th September, 2018. It is therefore submitted that the applicant be permitted to furnish cash security for a temporary period of six

Sknair 502-appp-1461-18.odt weeks. Thereafter, applicant on being released on bail, he would be in a position to make arrangement for furnishing appropriate surety.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, the applicant is permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs.20,000/- in connection with CR No. 151 of 2018 registered with Varsova Police Station for a period of six weeks. In the meantime, the applicant shall make an arrangement to furnish surety in accordance with the order dated 11th September, 2018. 4.

Application stands disposed off.
