This is an application for interim bail. The application is in respect of the offence punishable under Sections 468, 419, 465, 467, 471, 420, 406 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The applicant is in custody from 8/10/2021. It is submitted that the applicant's sister is getting married on 24th December, 2022 and the reception is on 25th December, 2022.

The request is opposed by learned APP.

However, considering the averments made in the application that the applicant's younger sister is getting married and the co-accused has also been granted bail, the applicant deserves to be released on interim bail. 4.

The applicant be released on interim bail for a period of two weeks by furnishing provisional cash bail in the sum of Rs.50,000/- for a period of 2 weeks.

The interim application is disposed of.
