The Petitioners have statutory efficacious remedy. 2.

Considering the above, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that he would approach the appropriate authority for assailing the impugned oder and the said authority be directed to decide the Appeal preferred by these Petitioners expeditiously as the Petitioners are likely to lose the flat, which is in the process of being completed within a short period. 3.

Considering the above, this Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioners to avail of a remedy, as is permissible in law. The time spent by the Petitioners in this Court from 14 December 2017 till the passing of this order would be a good ground for seeking condonation of delay.

In the event, the Petitioners approach the appropriate authority within a period of three weeks from today, the said authority would decide the said proceedings as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 31 July 2018 after hearing all the parties concerned. All contentions of the litigating sides are kept open.
