1] Respondent No.1 -complainant is present with her advocate. She has fled afdavit giving no objection on 3rd February 2020. We have seen photocopy of that afdavit. 3] Orally also before the Court, she has accepted the terms and conditions of settlement.
3] Respondent No.1's marriage with Sandeep is being dissolved as per proceedings going on in the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kalyan. She has received an amount of Rs.2,50,000/- and balance amount of Rs.50,000/- is to be Dinesh Sherla 1/2
48-cri-wp-6381-19.doc paid to her on 20th February 2020, i.e., next date before Kalyan Court.
4] Respondent No.1 had fled FIR dated 5th April 2018 against brother of her husband namely Sumit. On the strength of that FIR, ofence under section 67 of I.T. Act has been registered against Sumeet.
5] In view of settlement, respondent No.1 has given no objection.
6] Learned APP appears for the respondent - State. 7] We have perused the FIR. We do not fnd anything fruitful coming out of prosecution.
8] In view of these developments, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause "a)".
