Heard learned Counsel for the applicant-original respondent. He is the owner of offending vehicle. The Tribunal has imposed the monetary liability for payment of compensation on the applicant. The present application is filed for seeking stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned award passed by the Tribunal.

In view of nature of the subject matter, there shall be stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Thane in M.A.C.P. No. 270 of 2014, subject to condition that the applicant shall deposit the entire decretal amount in the Trial Shridhar Sutar

2 909(2)-caf-837.18.doc Court, as awarded by the Tribunal in the M.A.C.P. No. 270 of 2014 within a period of four weeks from this order, failure to which, the stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to this Court.
