C. :- 1) This is an application for condonation of 171 days delay in filing an Appeal under Section 12 of Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999 challenging the Order of rejection of an application for discharge, dated 21st April, 2023, passed by the learned Special Judge. 2) Learned APP has no serious objection in condoning the delay. Perusal of the Application would indicate that, sufficient cause is made out for condoning the delay.

3) In view thereof, delay is condoned and the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
